You may register for up to five years or until/through the year of your next five-year age increment if that occurs sooner ... By season, the cost is: • 1 yr = $30 (If age 75+, one time registration at $30 gets "Lifetime" card) • 2 yrs = $40 • 3 yrs = $50 • 4 yrs = $60 • 5 yrs = $65 There is an online fillable form here ...
