Runner on first gets CR, CR scores, the person who got the CR then comes in as a CR in the same inning, is there a rule saying this is ok or not ok
It is my understanding of the SSUSA Rules, that if you take a runner, you can not run for someone else in the same inning.

Rule book paragraph 8.5(2)
8.5(2) • USING A RUNNER ON BASE
A runner who is replaced with a courtesy runner may not be used as a courtesy
runner for the remainder of the inning.
Yes, he would be considered an illegal courtesy runner and should be called out immediately upon touching the bag…
As a practical matter, half of your roster can run for the other half every inning ... But, as mentioned, if someone CR's for you, you may not then CR for anyone else in the same inning ... And in a related "opening inning" theory question, If I lead off in the top of the open with a hit and someone runs for me, that same CR may NOT run for me again if we happen to bat around and I get on base a second time in the inning ... Don't laugh, it's been tried! ...
If you come in as a courtesy, in the same inning you come up after being a courtesy runner can you then get a courtesy runner
