| Nov. 11, 2021 ALLPRO 63 posts | 80 TEAMS JUST NOTICED THAT THERE IS ONLY 5 80 TEAMS ENTERED IN THE WINTER WORLDS AND THAT THERE IS NO 80 DIVISION IN ST. GEORGE. WHICH BEGS THE QUESTION (IMO) WHY WOULD THE 80 MANAGERS REJECT A PROPOSAL FOR ALLOWING MORE 78 AND 79 YEAR OLDS TO BE ADDED TO THIER ROSTER THAN THE CURRENT ALLOTMENT? IN LAS VEGAS WE COULDN'T PUT TOGETER AN 80'S TEAM TOGETHER TO GO TO BULL HEAD WITHOUT ANY 78 0R 79 RESTRICTIONS AT ALL! IN FACT WITH THE CURRENT SSUSA RESTRICTIONS IT IS PROBABLE THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIELD AN 80 TEAM THIS SEASON! I'M HOPING THE SSUSA WILL RECONSIDER AND CHANGE THE RESTRICTIONS TO ALLOW 5-6 78 YEARS OLD OR MAYBE 50% OF THE 80 ROSTER COULD BE 78 OR OLDER? FOR OBVIOUS REASONS FILLING OUT A 80 ROSTER UNDER CURRENT GUIDELINES DOES AND WILL GREATLY RESTRICT THE FORMATION OF 80'S TEAMS. |

There are also TWO 85+ teams ... • You are already allowed SEVEN underage players on your 80's team, limited to not more than three 78's ... That's enough in my personal view, but maybe there are seven votes on the national Rules Committee for change, but I doubt it ... |
