| April 1, 2022 Webbie25 Men's 70 2413 posts | Softballs Because of the new standard in softballs since supply is hitting us so hard and the best ones are tough to find, I have begun my own company to produce comparable softballs to the balls we have been provided with lately in our league, at least, at a reasonable price. The new ‘My Pillow Softballs’ -with apologies to Mike Lindell, will have a COR rating of 22/187 and are guaranteed to leave the bat when hit. No more need for 300-foot fences. We can play on any nice field with fences over 200 feet. No more bad hops on the infield. No more masks for infielders, pitchers and catchers. Like the DH, it will keep players playing for longer because they will run much less, including from the bench to a defensive position and back every inning. We can go back to 60-foot bases. The new softballs will retail at $155.99 per dozen now and go up 10% every month to allow for inflation. They are a must have! (PS I am very close to getting them approved at the Field of Dreams in Las Vegas. We might just have to change the name to Field of SCREAMS. |
