Qualifier
In order to play in the TOC, you have to win one of the qualifing tourny's but to play in the World Championship you just have to play in one of the qualifers correct ?

That sound correctly worded.
WORLD... as if teams from any other country other than Canada & the US come to one.
The ONLY place I've seen other countries teams besides the USA and Canada is at the Huntsman.

Last year in Seattle the Japanese played exhibition games only. But atleast they were there from their country to participate.

One thing, it's sad to have traveled that far and had to play when it didn't count.
The team in ST G was friendly and competative but not at the skill needed for those games. ?Only won 2 games the whole time I believe.
that is one thing about ST G, You can put together a team with whom ever, from where ever, and rated with or usually played at what ever level and play.
I think that's where the sand bagging showed up alot years before last. I didn't notice much last year or it wasn't obvious. Still the best in my book.

It is also my favorite, I'm playing with a team from BC this year.
Most of the Chicago teams won't go anymore, to hard to put together a team. A Shame !

I had a chance to also play for one there, but turned them down (mistake) because I thought I'd be playing for my own team that's going. I choose not to play fro them for personal reasons.
Working with a WA 60's team trying to fill if. Need 2 more.
This year however I think meeting players from all, will over see winning, but I'd sure like to do that...
