Carson City is a "which age group" is going to play there, so that's just a rotation/who's turn is it ... That's not the case in the Western's ... Patience for another couple of weeks will be met with an informed decision ... It wasn't all that long ago that Elk Grove cancelled our contract in favor of a youth tournament (which is their right) after we had published tentative field assignments ... A couple of things resulted: Almost EVERY player and manager became brain dead on the definition of "TENTATIVE" and I got obliterated by unfair criticism ... I can certainly take that, but it's not something I'll volunteer for again any time soon! ... Sometime shortly after July 4th is the target ... |
