Remarkable Transformation of an 82yr.olds flawed swing.. by Driving Hands & Snapping Wrists #237
using hip rotation to drive hands creates a lag, followed by an axe style (palm up palm down, no rollover) snap, really can bring back alot of velocity to anyone struggling. This 82 year old show remarkable improvement just on working on driving hands and snapping properly
