| April 6, 2023 TimMcElroy 942 posts | Tournament entries (Tim hosted events) Managers in the east- The tournaments that I offer sell out, and do so in advance. Case in point, the Wayne Gilmore Memorial has 50 teams entered and another 10 on the waiting list. My upcoming events in MD and FL are trending that way, too. I don't like turning teams away but space is limited. Here are a few tips for getting in- DO: 1) Email me well in advance ( Tim@SeniorSoftball.com ) 2) Send pmt early and include a reference to your team, age group and the name of the tournament you want to participate in. DO NOT: 1) Wait until the last minute to get in. 2) Send me a text message, ping me on social because I don't check those outlets on a daily basis. 3) Send a check in the mail without notifying me. Mail service where I live is terribly slow. I also travel a fair amount so the mailbox isn't checked daily. 4) Send electronic payment without also emailing me. Thank you- Tim |
