Has anyone had a Worth Launch 510 break
Just wonderd if anyone has had a Worth Launch 510 break on them, last night in our leauge a guy's bat broke right in half at the bottom of the bat right at the above the handle. A clean break right in two. I seen one break like the Ultra where they all seem to break. Just wondered. Sorry for my bad spelling.

On softballfans.com there's a lot of reports of breakage on one thread and someone posted a thread that indicated that web site will not be carrying this bat for sale due to breakage and dissappointing performance. In talking to some guys that have hit it it will get Ultra 2 like distance once in a while but not with the frequency of the U2 or SC. I interpret that to mean it's not the next great bat and we should be pretty content with the SC's and U2's until the Rip-It Elite comes out and gives us what we're all hoping for. If it's the same bat I hit with last February look out!

I think there is a new bat on the way. From what I have heard it might be just what the doctor ordered.

I had the chance to swing a 27oz Worth Launch 510 about a month ago and it hit OK...then after 40-50 swings it was very hot! Broke after around 100 swings. I have since then purchased a 28oz and it has become very hot after about 40-50 swings. I have only used this one in a tournament (I could have used my ultra 2 but used th launch 510 instead of the U2!) and try not to use it in BP! This one has about 70+ swings with no signs of cracks or anything and is hitting VERY WELL!! The two bats that I have used were ultra 2 like after the 40-50 swings....I like the tapered knob that this bat has also!

Rip-It is working on a new senior bat. The Senior Elite is no longer made. The ASA Senior is also nolonger made. There limited number of these bats left but when they are gone thats it. I am a dealer for Rip-It and this is the latest word I have.
