Looking for feedback on the new 2024/25 Easton Helmer Hitman Hall-Of-Fame Edition 1-Piece SSUSA Senior Slowpitch Softball Bat: ESS4HIT1X.

Has anyone swung this bat or have a teammate that has used it?

I got mine today (26.5oz) and took 25 swings off the tee. You can definitely feel the end load which I like. Felt good throughout most of the barrel. Definitely a stiff barrel and handle. Looking forward to some swings off of live pitching. Feels like a winner!

I finally hit live game pitching with this bat after 100 swings off the tee. 1 hr about 320' and a double off of the top third of the 300'fence in three AB's. Still getting used to a lighter bat and have nagging shoulder issues and a bum right knee. The feel is sharp and crisp with instant gratification. Not a soft barrel. Sound is awesome. The 1oz end load makes it feel heavy for a 26.5 but swings well. Had others looking at it after the liner off of the fence. If you can get your hands on one, you should. Very happy with it so far. Thinking it will open up even more in the next 100 swings.

It's a great bat that's almost ready to go right out of the wrapper. It does swing heavy so I would go down and ounce from normal. The barrel is also pretty stiff so probably best for a higher swing speed.

I now have 35 - 40 BP swings on mine. I shows a lot of promise. I've always swung balanced bats so I wondered how it would go with a relatively heavy end load. Even though I'm 78 years old, I decided to gamble on this bat. Before our games we get 8-12 BP swings. Some of my teammates thought I should use the new bat, based on my BP knocks but I decided to give it more break in time and give myself more time to adjust to the end load.
