Call the Sacramento Home Office @ (916) 326.5303 during normal business hours in the Pacific time zone and ask for a member of the Eligibility/Ratings department ... They can explain the process to you and get you started ... Be prepared to discuss specifics, like who you are and why you think this is something that is appropriate for you ... Good luck ...
