Has anyone ever heard of any senior player claiming age discrimination and filing a complaint against his Senior Softball league?

A player believes his abilities are greater than they actually are. He believes he is a target of age discrimination. To be clear the league has clear policies that determine player divisions which include a draft process for player team selections. He is never drafted to the higher level division teams that he wants to play on.

The league has offered to allow him to participate with other players of similar abilities but not with the better and generally much younger players primarily due to safety concerns. He is not satisfied with this arrangement.

Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of a situation like this.
