Discussion: AWS Senior Slow Pitch
Has anyone heard of AWS Senior Softball Association? They have a 4 day Tournament here in Prescott Az starting tomorrow.
Nobody here has ever heard of them but the rumor is that they are trying to compete with SSUSA.
I'm going to go and watch with some of my SSUSA member buddies and see what it's all about but curious if anyone has heard of them.

It's NCS...they have a good following for the younger crowd. The 40's and 50's are usually full. The 55's are spotty and anything above that doesn't get too many teams. Prizes are pretty good if they fill up a division.

It must not be a big deal because I went down to watch per their schedule and not 1 person was there.
They've locked down every Ball Park in Prescott for 4 days but no action.
Schedule shows 5/15-5/18.
Pioneer Park was not even open so they cancelled our games for no apparent reason.
They will be there tomorrow and Sunday. I have a few buddies playin in it.
papa t: Yep, I had some friends go there today and watch, I think the confusion form us here in Prescott Senior Softball was " Why did they have the fields closed from Thurs-Sun with nobody there on Thurs or Friday "
They're playing a lot of Tournaments in Prescott, Prescott Valley and Flagstaff but we're still not clear about the age groups.
