What’s a good infielder mask for men
I use the RIP-IT Fielders mask. It's mostly marketed for women's fastpitch, but it fits my face well.
I believe that the RIP-IT mask was developed for women's softball. I found that it is best to buy at a sporting goods store rather than order on line, since men's heads seem to be larger than women's. . Be sure it fits your head. My current mask is still a bit short to cover the chin fully, but I found it by trying on different masks. Don't know if coverage is adequate since I have never been hit on the face or head, and don't want to find out, but I don't worry about coverage.
I bought the Boombah titanium mask. It’s an excellent lightweight mask with very good visibility.
You'll generally find face mask protective coverings either a clear plastic or a metal frame. Metal is more expensive, but recommend the metal-better protection and better visibility.
