I c a lot of players looking for a team to play on in Vegas How can they get picked up if they haven’t played a qualifying tournament with that team ? Just curious ,

We all hav seen it. But question is how can a non roster player play in Vegas
Is this rule just not enforced ?
nails ... It's enforced, but there's no simple generic "one phrase fits all" explanation ... Teams with a shortfall in the number of players they have available MAY be allowed to add new guys under strict guidelines ... Take a look at the "white paper" in this website ... Click on TOURNAMENTS • ROSTERS and also the link to additional information at the bottom of that page ... It's not EXACTLY as was casually inferred ...
