Rulebook §3.4 • OFFICIAL BATS describes what is allowed on the handle of the bat ... Subpart E. on page 13 does not provide for what we envision you are asking: to attach something other than the allowed layer(s) of grip tape to the bat handle ... You may be able to accomplish the same comfort factor for your hands if you wear thicker lined leather gloves instead of standard thin batting gloves ... Good luck ...
