Discussion: Player rating

How much cooperation or oversite is there, as to which teams and players play at certain levels in different associations, is there between the Senior Associations, if any? For example, if a player plays Major in one association, why would he be allowed to play AA in SSUSA? Do associations watch and/or look to see who is rated what, either on a team or player level?
Rosters rules vary by Association, and tournament rosters aren't shared from one group to another.
@TimMcElroy ..... and if you have pictures of said player doing that?!
Since Brotherhood is talking about AA teams and their rosters just curious as to how long a team should be allowed to stay AA? How are AA teams allowed to add 1-3 AAA players multiple years in a row and yet still stay AA? It was my understanding when that my first year playing ball was on a Major team and when I then went to play with a AAA team that I carried that Major status for 2 full seasons and counted as 1 of 3 "Chip" player for those 2 years and then after that I would be considered a AAA player. So how can some of these AA teams continue to add AAA players from other teams year after year but never move up from AA?
Photo evidence of a guy wearing a jersey? I should have seen this coming. If you have a complaint about a player on an SSUSA roster, put it in writing and send to the SSUSA staff. Include facts rather than "a guy at the concession stand said" stories. You should also include your name and verifiable contact information.
@TimMcElroy .... while John028 is correct, this does pertain to a AA team and them being allowed to consistently add AAA players each year, my query was in regards to a specific player on said team. He is a AAA player on said team and counts as one of their moves, and yet the following weekend, after winnning the Frostbite Opener, went and played Major in another association (they are also a Major team in SSUSA), and then is allowed to come back and play AA the next tournament. Which is why I had inquired as to how much each association watches and cooperates with each other as to players and rankings. Said player freely admitted he played with the Major team and stated "he had been given permission because it was another association and doesn't count". Respectfully, I can understand being allowed to move one class either way within your said ranking, but if the player moves up a class, then he shouldn't be allowed to drop back down the 2 classes to AA within that same year. As pertains to John028's query, said team has been AA for several years, added AAA players each year, is consistently averaging 20+ runs a game against GOOD AAA teams, without taking the extra runs. I know for a fact that each team has logged numerous complaints with the State Director for several seasons now. And according to said State Director, he has told us that he has relayed to California several times that said team is not an AA team and should have been/be bumped. At this point, I also know that the AAA teams have all talked with each other and expressed to the State Director that none of them are willing to continue to play against said team while this is allowed to go on. They all just want an even playing field. Even Detroit Pride, who did the same thing and sandbagged for years, it finally caught up to and they got bumped after being allowed to get away with it and won Worlds. And where are they now that they are an SSUSA AAA team?! They're off playing AA in other associations and not playing SSUSA at their current rank.
