can I obtain a SSUSA Sticker for my bat?
The umpire at the Spuds Classic said I needed one and could get them, just not sure where if possible. My bat is A Adidas Melee with the BPF 1.21 already marked nut he said they want to see a sticker.
you can get a new stamp....its around $200. and comes on a new suncoast melee or other bat of your choice. your old bat is great for bp
Mick21 ... I not sure who gave you the impression that you can just buy a sticker, but that is not accurate ... The ONLY way to legally get a sticker is to buy a bat that has passed the technical specifications official testing and had the bat company attach the sticker as part of their manufacturing process ... The very best way to get yourself a long-term suspension is to be discovered buying or selling what amounts to counterfeit stickers ...
Mick21 - I swing a Melee as well, right before the BPF 1.21 mine all have printed "SSUSA Approved" right on the bat (I have 7 of them), no need for a sticker. Not sure why the umpire would see that and make the sticker comment, I must be missing something?
