Mr. Dowell, If a player is on the roster, has NOT entered the game, except as a courtesy runner. But has he technically entered the game? I know he can still enter the game as a sub. Is he still considered as a player that played in that game?
YES... If he [1] checked in before the game(s), [2] signed the Waiver form and [3] was on the game card(s), then his ACTUAL appearance as a CR would constitute having "played in that game" ...
