What is the ruling on a 65 Major+ player wanting to play 60 AAA?
Should not be an issue. Both the same rating level (5).

SLOBALL1 ... As long as you're checking the charts, take a look at an eye chart, too ... R/I for 65-Major+ = 6 and for 60-AAA = 5 ... That roster composition is possible only if the target team has an available out-of-rating exemption and the player is otherwise eligible as to rating experience history and residency ...
