BruceinGa: Thanks for the update. I talked to Ed Rose last week, He said that he would have a team in it but i am not sure if it is a 50 or 55 Major team.

Mike-
We played against Ed Rose in Virginia in the 55 Major +. Ed, Max Reed and Dave Reed played with Bell Corp/Dan's Sports/Miken. They finished second behind the NY Statesmen.
Our team, the Houston Texans, will be in Panama City also. Look forward to seeing you again, Mike and, hopefully, meeting you, Bruce. I will be #10 and I'll either be in the outfield or second base.

Major +?????? Maybe on my best days and I only get thoes about 5 times a year. AAA is really my ability most of the time. Got to understand I am getting old. I don't stay young like BruceinGA.

Thermco / CT Sportsplex will be in Panama City with bells on. We play 50's, major+, and we're looking forward to some great competition from teams like JAH Masters,Extra Innings, Damon's Grill, Mission softball, Pine Knob, Las Vegas Legends, Doc's Greyhounds, Florida Crush,California Rebels, and the Mavericks. Give everyone a heads up about whether your team will be there or not (and why not). This is a premier event.

Don (JAH4)... Thanks for the welcome...come say Hi (I'm #4 also)...you Georgia boys should have a distinct advantage, since you'll be used to playing in the heat and humidity...luckily, we'll have a full contingent of bodies so that people can get a break...We've had a couple of weekends off to heal up a little, so i'm chomping at the bit to get back out there...look forward to seeing you guys in Boaz.
peace

MD Hi bro, the achillies only hurts when I stop running. Really it is not ant better, Took off 6 weeks, dr orders to see if it would help, mota. When it pops I will get it fixed and then retire, Next year will be 40 years of softball, that should be enough.
See ya in PCB???

Bruce, you are correct, but playing at 70% sucks really bad.
Can't rotate for any power and can't make that last strecth at ss going into the hole. I losing all I can give to the team.
