Oct. 13, 2007 qdup1 25 posts | LTB Anaconda Combat 27ozEL maybe 28oz. el new or like new I am looking to buy a Combat Anaconda Original Da Bomb in either 27 oz El or possibly a 28 oz EL. Thanks for any help. BTW, which is the better performing bat the gray and silver Combat Da Bomb Original or the one that has Anaconda printed on the barrel? I have heard 2 differing opinions. |

Oct. 16, 2007 jim16 Men's 65 180 posts | Wood, Well, in 1955, in 7th grade football our coach gave me number 16, that was 52 years ago and I've always worn that number. If you can say you can beat that, I'll defer. However, when you played for Capitol Insulation, I believe you wore another number, maybe 14. SOOOOO, I am the real 16. I'm sure I'll see you there and "Good luck" for another major + title, but you're boring, you've won too many already. Monta, be sure to say "Hi'" Double L is awesome. I can't play like him, even in my dreams. |
Oct. 16, 2007 the wood Men's 65 1123 posts | No, I wasn't # 16 then... I was # 18 but when I came to GSF there was already another 18. So I picked 16 because with tired eyes it looks like 18. In 1955 there was this big nasty nation east of Europe. I think it was called the USSR or something like that. The point of this is that it doesn't matter how long you've worn it but how well. :-) See you in AZ. BW |

Nov. 1, 2007 qdup1 25 posts | Thanks for your help guys. I am wondering, Is the Diamond Sports Combat the same one that Anaconda used to sell. It probably doesn,t have Anaconda anywhere on the barrel. |
Nov. 1, 2007 qdup1 25 posts | Went to Sportsdiamond.com. They only have 30oz bats left. Nice price though, just a little late. |
Nov. 1, 2007 qdup1 25 posts | BTW, think I will go with a 26EL or 27EL. From what I have heard I think those weights would be more to my liking. Thanks again. |
