| Oct. 16, 2007 mtman 30 posts | Hit the new Rip It senior bat I was invited by a friend to hit a prototype of the new Rip It senior bat. Did not have any paint or markings on it and no grip either. Have to say it was a little strange hitting without paint but the bat was great. Felt just like the yellow bat, nice swing and performance. We put a about 200 hits on it with no sign of cracking. We put some athletic tape on for a grip which helped. Bat hit as far as a U2 and as I said before felt just like the yellow bat. Hope I am not letting the cat out of the bag but I we really liked it. |
