Buckeye32: which division are you looking for and what position(s)? Please expand. Are you talking local league or travel?

Dana22, Thanks for your reply. For my first year back after about a ten year lay off I am looking for a local team around Riverside. However what kind of Travel team and how much would be invovled ? As for what division, I have no idea how they do it out here. I am looking for a lower level which is competive but not to competive one in which fun is the main idea. I play a little 2nd base, 1st base, and some outfield.

SWEETP: Hey Phil. Sorry I missed the tournament, too. I had that awful stomach flu going on. Really hated it. I haven't played in quite a while now and was really looking forward to Menifee. I do have a question for you, because I know you are really up on the rules. I have an opportunity to play with a 60+ AAA team during an off tournament period this weekend in Menifee. Seeing that I am over 60 and playing on a 55 Major team, is there a conflict that would either make either team illegal or take me off of my primary 55+ team? By the way, thanx for the nice words about our team.

Dana, you should be ok to play 60-AAA this weekend, since you didn't play with the 55-Majors last week. Check with SS-USA but you may encounter a problem if you start playing Major 55 and then going over to play 60AAA also. Check with Fran or Terry in the SS-USA office.

You had better get a release from the AAA-60 team after they qualify. I know of a 60 Major team that you can play with.

Sal, you can play for more than one team in a tournament in different age divisions, as long a you are not playing down 2 divisions. Is D & K going to have a 60 team?
