TOC TEAM 60 MAJOR PLUS DIV.
I THOUGHT THE T.O.C. WAS FOR WINNERS OF THE NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS,
THERE IS A TEAM OUT OF THE MIDWEST AREA CALLED "FORCE 4" THEIR ROSTER IS COMPOSE OF CHICAGO CLASSIC RED 60 MAJOR PLUS,HANDELAND FLOORING MAJOR PLUS 55, MOVING UP IN AGE. PLUS SOME BALL PLAYERS FROM INDIANA ALSO.
THIS IS BASICLY A NEW TEAM. THE CHICAGO CLASSIC WON THE INVITATION IN THE 60 MAJOR DIVISION.
MY 1ST QUESTION TO SENIOR SOFTBALL IS ALLOWING THIS (PER T.HENNESEY) ?
2ND. WHY IS THEIR TEAM NOT LISTED IN THE 60 MAJOR PLUS TEAMS INVITED LIST?
IS SENIOR SOFTBALL STAFF GOING TO ADD THEM AT THE MEETING IN FLORIDA?

I ran a search and Force 4 does not show anywhere on this web site including the invitees for the TOC. Where did this information come from?
It would shoot down the entire concept/purpose of the TOC to have a bastardized team slipped in.

GO A LITTLE FURTHER,THIS TEAM DON'T EVEN EXIST IN THE 60 DIV. RATINGS.
THIS TEAM WAS PUT TOGETHER BY THE FORMER CHICAGO CLASSIC 60 RED MANAGER.
SENIOR SOFTBALL TERRY HENNESEY OKAYED THIER INVITATION. UNLESS THIS MESSAGE STRIKES A NERVE AND CANCELS THIER INVITE. AS OF 1/26/08 THESE PLAYERS HAVE AIRFARES & ROOMS IN FLORIDA..
THE 60 RED DON'T EXSIST ANYMORE.

Classic blue and grey 55 teams... no red . No 60's either.
Any was I'd say it would be a no go for a team put together from 3 or so to be in it,
"...Red" team was not even listed. Team should not be allowed in.
No win at major tourney no entry, especially with a mixed team. it's is supposed to be from winning roster.

PeteD and taits- Not sure what 750 is talking about, but I found that team in 3 places here on this site. They are on the ratings list for 60s as Michael's Force 4 (Chicago Classics Red) Chicago IL Major-Plus. They are also on the list of teams that got moved up in 2008 from 60 major to 60 major plus as Chicago Classics Red. And they are on the toc intived teams list in 60-major as Chicago Classic Red for two wins that got them there. They won the northerns and they won the ISA nationals so maybe that's why they are on the toc list as major plus instead of major. As I understand the roster rules, they can bring either of those team rosters to the toc. Seems to me like a simple team name change. I guess we should be careful believing everying that's typed here ALL IN CAPS. :)

Well then, I missed them and owe them an apology.
But a combination of teams still doesn't make sense.
Teams that change names for many reasons, but make it hard for the assn(s). to keep track (usually the reason for doing so).

Desert Guy,get your facts straight, if the Chicago Classics Red team won & qualified in the Major Div. why did Terry Hennessey tell them they would have to play only in the Major Plus Div.
Senior Softball also told them that whoever plays in this T.O.C will be a Major Plus player in 2008.
There is a least 6 new players on this team from the Chicago Classic 60 Red team that qualified.
How come Michaels Force 4 is not listed on the invite list.
This is the same Michaels team that forfeited in the 2006 Eastern nationals in Lansing, Mi. for illegal players.
You must not have read the article in the Senior Softball newspaper.

Damnnnn,
To be on the safe side, Unless it is with the same players that won, where ever it was, I just don't think I'd let them in.
Something is really fishy were.
