Only if it has 1.20 bpf on it, and then only in SSUSA, SPA, ISA and LVSSA.

BrucinGa is correct. There was a very limited number of blue early Combat's manufactured for use in Canada that do not have the 1.20 BPF designator. Those are, accordingly, not allowed for use in SSUSA. Otherwise, any bat with the 1.20 is allowable.

I believe Huntsman also allows bats designated as 1.20 bpf.
From Summit Minutes: Bat Specifications:
Huntsman Games, ISA: 1.20 bpf: Miken II allowed

SSWS changed this year to allow Miken ll.
