Looking for 55 AAA team SLC
Hi All,
My team the Blasters will not be going to Salt Lake City Western Nationals this year . I have booked all my travel arrangements. It will cost me to cancel them. If anyone needs a player I'm a good utility player but play better infield. I have a good bat. I would rather go play than cancel my travel arrangements. ( Not sure if I can Play on another roster in SLC). I'm game if anyone needs anyone. I will be more than happy to play off the bench.

Hope all of you can make it.

Eddie, the WIlson 55's are going and we are down to 12 players. Believe we have already picked up one of your teammates. You can play on another roster but in order to do so you must get released from the Blasters. Once you are released from the Blasters you cannot play for them in any more SSUSA tournaments that year. NCSSA is not impacted.

An exception would be that you have not been on the Blasters rooster for the SSUSA tournaments they have entered. Then you would not need a release and the team that picked you up may release you to them after SLC.

I know at least one is working today, but maybe the others are still picking up the burnt sparklers.
I really can't imagine you showing up on the day it was ending, lol.
Have a good time there.

No steady team this year. I've been more or less picking my tournaments to go to and play enough this way with a few good teams. None I play with are going.

Second Wind is a good team. I think seeing they are not listed will bring a little more name checking from other UT teams from past tournaments.
New teams should bring about a AAA classification, When the draw is posted, we'll see.

Tough choice but then again, maybe not. The Blasters are a good team, stick with Joe.

Jimmyp,
Talked to Joe last night and he will release me to play with you in Salt Lake City. I will be there Thursday afternoon either way. Let me know if you would like me to play? If not I will see you there and say Hi!

Second wind 55+ is a pretty good team ( I am on their roster as well as Long Shot 50+) They are really a AA team but could compete in AAA. BRL 55 and Shawn Enterprises are the two top teams in the 55 bracket from here. They are both great teams with great guys on the team. Glad to see so many of you are going to make it to Salt Lake. Good luck to all.
