I think your right, but there seems to be some disagreement on that on the internet.

Meet The Beatles was the first from Capitol records but a label called VJ or VeeJay somehow also had a deal with The Beatles and pressed a few thousand copies of "Introducing The Beatles" a few months before Capritols "Meet The Beatles".

Original copies are somewhat rare and can fetch several thousand dollars.

There are far more counterfiet copies in circulation but even they are worth a few hundred.

I fI remember correctly, the only song on IYB that was not on any Capitol album was "Misery".

Robert Johnson and John Barlow wrote most of the lyrics.

Who originally joined the Yardbirds to play bass guitar?

Jimmy Page.

After researching the Deads song writers, it seems one of them was in a scientific experiment where he took lsd, mescaline and psylocibin. No wonder that group sucks.

Jimmy Page is correct. Dave I used to travel up and down the California coast when I was younger following the Dead. Good stuff, I could write a book, but most of my memories are in fog shrouded, haze.

I remember when he met her when they hung out with the Maharishi in India.

Now for my favorite group--when Brian Wilson stopped touring with the Beach Boys in 1964, what singer-guitarist took over for him for almost two years?

Right, Joncon. I hate to answer another one so soon, but---
his DOG. I even listened to a few other songs from his only album, and they are equally strange. There is one song from the dog's point of view to the master.
