Hope they do a better job this year keeping teams in their respective divisions. We a AAA team got stuck in the Platinum division and my butt is still sore from the spankin we got. With no run limits per inning and homeruns at 7 then singles, Kittrell put up 26 in the first inning on us. Took all i could do to keep our coach out of Ridges grill. At least he apologized and refunded our entry fee.

Airbosn: Lenny are ya'll playing league or getting together Thusday for a little BP. I'm bringing the boss with me this time. She hasn't seen me play since 1989. I had to do alot a honey do. It'll be nice she will be able to put face and a name together. Their are alot of nice guys out there in Senior softball no matter what some people may think. The Hotel I'm in is on the North Side of I10 near the new park.

Hey Robert and Mike, all is well. Heading to Panama City with my wife for vacation on Thursday morning. Hope to play a bit on Saturday with a 60/over team.
I thought by now, all the ducks would be lined up and I would get to see a good team in Pensacola. I do hope everything works out for you both. God bless and take care.

Thanks Len, I'm glad to see the 55's will be playing at Exchange Park. The fields at Exchange and the beach are the main reasons we like to play there. Oh yah, I forgot to mention the local guys also.

Thanks Steve, enjoy Florida's Gulf Coast. Firebird680hp... played with Harry tonight and he's working it. I got another tournament for you to go with me and some guys from JAX to Ft Myers in late November. I called my guy and left a message but he hasn't returned the call yet. I bought a Worth 510 for $115 on e-bay and they have more if your interested.

I have heard a lot of folks like those 510's. I would like to have one just to see if it fits my swing. Just let me know how or who to get with to buy one.And as far as going to ft.myers to play ball you already know you can count on me to be there....lol My wife may go to this one with me her sister lives at west palm beach or should say she lives there sometime anyway. Mr.Steve I also hope you and your wife have a goodtime. Now thats a vacation I like when I get to play ball.

I had a great time with bunch of great guys in the Pensacola Tourneyment. Great turn out good balls, umps and the weather was great. I had the chance to use my Worth Launch 510 for the first time in a tourneyment. In my opinion it hits just as well as the Ultra 2. No matter where I hit the ball on the bat handle at the end cap or the sweet spot it hit great. It remind me of the old ultra's. To me it feels just a little end loaded which I like end loaded bats anyway. So if you get a chance to get one. Get it you want be sorry. I have every senior bat made and this one is a winner. It didn't take that many swings to break end.

Just to set the record straight:
Kittrell entered as a 55 team and was moved down to 50 because of their dominance. The 50's had 7 teams. With Kittrell moving down you would think they would have put 4 in the gold and 4 in the silver, but that's too logical for spa. They put 3 in the upper and 5 in the lower. The only tournament I know that penalizes you for being in the winners bracket. The winners played back to back all day saturday and were the last ones to leave the park. Kayson's and Brickyard played the finals of the winners bracket at approx. 9:30pm on saturday night while the losers were home resting and drinking beer. I always thought the idea was to stay in the winners bracket to play fewer games at better times??
Order of finish in the LOWER div.
