Oct. 26, 2008 curveball Men's 65 705 posts | In the rule book for SSUSA, this glove is to large in all demensions, it's illegal in that assoc. |
Oct. 26, 2008 Dirty Men's 50 1371 posts | Yea, I believe that size has always been too large in all associations for all ages. If you cannot use a 14" or smaller you really shouldn't be playing. |
Oct. 26, 2008 Dbax Men's 65 2100 posts | I thought it was illegal too. Why would Nokona make a glove you really can't use anywhere? |
Oct. 27, 2008 Nancy Allen Men's 55 1438 posts | NSA is 14", but SPA just changed theirs to 15" this year. In NSA, there are rules pertaining to the use of illegal gloves, but they involve the offense identifying the glove after a play has been made with it. |

Oct. 27, 2008 Dirty Men's 50 1371 posts | No one, but I cannot vote for a guy with Obama's baggage. It is pretty simple. If you need a friggin 15" glove you are probably in the wrong hobby. Do you realize how big 14" is. The senior game has really gotten away from us when guys need bats with the sweet spots of Ultras and gloves that large. Has all actual skill left the senior game and people have to solely rely on technology? |
