Capt, try to find a pre 2008 ASA approved bat. In 2008 the 98mph specification changed. I have an orange Mayhem and like it. Many talk highly of the Extended and Flex.
Most take hundreds, if not a thousand swings to be hot.

Yes I know I have been hitting 3 bats off a tee to break them in about 300 hits per bat and they still are tight, I have an orange Mayhem and just broke an Extended it was real good just before it broke would trade either combat for a 05 Extended
