having a good score keeper is very important, ours keeps and eye on the other teams batting order and on pinch runners, this has helped us win a few games by getting some outs called againght them, for i know it had to be and honest mistake for them to bat out of order or have the batter on base when its his time to bat ha ha

After very many years of just being a player, I got "moved" into a Managerial role in 2008. I played with Boaz/ASI and, since I usually play outfield, I had a difficult time game-managing while worrying about positioning myself on defense. Pitching swaps were particularly troublesome for me since I could not keep track of how many runs the opposition had scored in the open innings. I found it much easier when I stayed in the infield and played first or second base.
