That searching thing is what was happening to me. The next time I tried, it worked so I guess it was a timing thing.
Lemons, if you can sign in you have a profile. If you go to "Your Homepage" and you get what looks like a blank page, scroll down and you'll see your info.

As a former manager and player, I have always had difficulty making changes and using your website. It is not player friendly for a lot of us. The only time it seemed to work was when I call up to your office. You must be keying in something from your end to make it work. This should not have to be that way. I just tried from my end today to change my personal profile, and was unable to do so. All I got was that it was searching and searching and searching. I let it search for about 30 minutes and gave up. That is why I never used your website to sign up for tournaments, which would have been great to do. Maybe at some tournament, I will bring my laptop, and we can sit down and you will see why we are having some problems with this the past 2-3 years. A lot of players say it works fine, so maybe there is a glitch in the system that does not allow everyone the same access??

Unfortunately, it appears to have many flaws. If you contact SSUSA and ask for Elizabeth, she will get you going and solve any issues for you. She could not use it either, but got it all fixed with some help. Elizabeth also said that it will be fixed, and it is not her fault, but she can help you out. Whoever set this up originally, did not know what they were doing or maybe they did. Might be job security. LOL!
