| July 25, 2005 Hacker Men's 75 52 posts | Black Hawks win 55AA Western National Black Hawks of CA are 55AA Western National Champs! Congratulations to the Black Hawks of Modesto, CA, winners of the 2005 Western National Championship held in sunny Seattle, WA. The scrappy Black Hawks won their way into the championship game having lost only 1 game during the first day of the round-robin competition , but then lost a close game (11-8) against the tough Vancouver USA team. A final game was forced with either team facing eliminationÖbut the determined Black Hawks rose to the occasion and were crowned Western National Champions! Great city, great tournament, great weather, and great competition! |
