Roster & playing in TOC
Could someone from SSUSA answer this question! Do you only have to be on the roster when you qualified for the TOC or did you have to play in that or any qualifier? We qualified in the Northern Regional but went without a few players. They were on the roster but did not play. Are they eligible for TOC?

Thank You in advance

Invited teams should participate with the same roster, or as close as reasonably possible, to
the roster they used when they won the tournament that resulted in their invitation to the
TOC. There is a ‘level playing field’ only if there is continuity in roster composition from the
qualifying roster to the TOC roster
