moving up, who decides?
Are only the first place teams moved up to play in another division after winning a big tournament? How does that work and who decides?

hi tomm-my understanding is that SSUSA will evaluate your performance over the year and rerate teams that did extremely well in their divisions and in major tournament. Dave, Fran, and the rest will take on the often controversial and exceedingly tough job of trying to treat each team fairly. I know they watch teams, get input from all of their tournament directors, umpires, and others to make their decisions. After they do rerate teams, this board will lite up with comments, complaints and hopefully kudos for the job they do.

Let's keep in mind it appears that most guys don't want to be challenged.
