"Swing Makeover Series" on youtube Hall,Connell,Larsen on stride,wt transf n torque and 72 yr old Dave North
Northstar and sportstechnique.com, along with Miken and Tanel are putting out a series of youtube instructional clips called "The Swing Makeover Series". Jeff Hall, Chris Larsen and Greg Connell help demonstrate how a stronger stride and push off the back foot, creates some linear power, helps transfer weight to the front foot and thus allow an easier and more explosive hip rotation. Lesson one is now up...72 year old Dave North is the featured student who needs to improve stride, hip rotation and torque of hips and wrists.
Thought some guys might be interesed in seeing it. Free, so price is right, haha

Ken,
Watched your video, great job as usual. Always enjoy analyzing your instructional tapes. Agree with most of your techniques, but tell Jeff he needs a wider base ! LOL Missed you at the TOC. Hope all is well.

Great video, and I learned a lot. But in the first half, the camera man is terrible. When Jeff Hall is demonstrating his stride, the camera is showing his upper body. And then there are shots of the dirt, while guys are trying to show us something. Hope this is corrected in the next video.

Bogie, I'll check it this weekend. Can't wait until I see Pops44 in action. See you at ST in Cocoa Beach!
