Jeff Hall, Chris Larsen and Greg Connell help demonstrate how a stronger stride and push off the back foot, creates some linear power, helps transfer weight to the front foot and thus allow an easier and more explosive hip rotation. Lesson one is now up...72 year old Dave North is the featured student who needs to improve stride, hip rotation and torque of hips and wrists. Thought some guys might be interesed in seeing it. When Jeff Hall is demonstrating his stride, the camera is showing his upper body. And then there are shots of the dirt, while guys are trying to show us something. Hope this is corrected in the next video. |
