This name is listed as RI SSUSA state director, he may also help you

The only contact I can give you for senior softball in Syracuse is this info I pulled off a park and rec web site:

Hopkins Road Softball Park
Senior Softball League plays Mid-May-August, Tuesdays-Fridays at 10am.
