Bass Senior Bat
Hey Guys,
Just got back from Vegas. I was surfing the web a few weeks ago and stubble upon this new Bass Senior "crippler" bat. LIME GREEN with YELLOW writing bright as hell..looks great!!!If you're a bat "HOE" like myself, then this is one to have in your collection. 1st swing went about 310....ball really jumps though the infield, plus its a great conversation piece. It'll take a while to break in, but seems to be real durable, with good pop. I hit some really nice shoots wity it this weekend! This bat will easily compete with the Combats, Mikens,& Worth Senior bats of the world!
The feel & gripe is really nice!

NO, I'm NOT a REP for Bass!

Hey Kennard,

It may look like a WOMAN's bat...BUT A REAL MAN SWINGS IT!
If you're a HITTER like myself, then color means noting, If it was pink I'd still hit 750 with it!....
I'm not a big fan of the color either...but the bat performs, who give a sh??? of the color...Sure, you can swing it anytime you like....But if anyone has questions about their MAN HOOOD, you better stay from the "LIME GREEN MONSTER"..lol

After reading about the color of this bat it reminded me of the pink and blue Bombat Lite back in the mid to late 80's. It was I think the first bat under 36oz, it was 33oz. It looked like a girls bat but the ball came off it real quick. This bat signified the end of the 36oz bats. Where did the name Bass bat come from, made by bass pro or something. If I get one and do not like it guess I can knock out a bass with it as I like fishing. All kidding aside what is the cost of this bat? Donny C.

Hey Donny C,

The Bass bat comes from Kevin Bass former SF Gaints Outfielder!
The cost is same as all the other senior bats with NO warranty!
They have different models...go to justbats.com and have a look see!
@Nardo, man you got me laughing....I know your MAN card is up to date, looks like rain today..I'll bring the LIME GREEN MONSTER to BP tomorrow for you to certify its performance!

The Bass bat is not the Giant outfielder, same name but wrong player. The Bass bat guy played in the minors.
The Bass bat is from a standard stock of me too bats from China and is from the same as many other brands that use the same factory there. Just pull off the grip and you will see the same ID as other China bats.

Well I don't care were it’s from. I do know this; this bat will take some breaking end. I hit about 20 balls and I don't like the feel of the ball coming of the barrel of the bat. Its fells stiff and hard even after 150 swings; the grip is a thin handle. Felt like the Silver Boombah with more pop. I hit a few long balls and it says 1.21 on the barrel but it's nothing like the Miken, Combat or Reebok. Not even close. The Color, Man that’s a loud color, there is nothing in my closet that color, but my wife has a few garments that in her closet.
Thanks Ron,for leting me swing it and by the way "You are a Bat HOE"

Sorry Ron,
Let me answer Ed,

Well Ed,
Up Date: I'm playing 60's Major this year. In One tourney played this April in Las Vegas, I hit 11 home runs in 5 games and Temecula played in May, I hit 5 in 5 games. There is the 300' fence then the 40' net behind the fence, well I hit a few well over the net, So Yes, and the bat is performing just fine. I'm starting to see more balance and end load Reeboks out here on the senior circuit. In my Opinion, It is the best Senior Bat out here, No Doubt!

No Ed, My 60's,Team Full Circle won't be there, and my wife's ladies team(50) The Silver Fox’s won't be there either, So that really leaves me at home, But we'll meet this year, some where. I'll be in Dalton for the SPA, in July. I'll be playing 60's with D & K out of Southern Calif. So I'm sure I'll be seeing you in the near future. Ron said it was COLD in Reno this pass weekend, hell you're from Denver, never mind the cold won't bother you. lol

Kennard,
Reno was more then colddddd....The weather sucked both Saturday & Sunday, My team MTC 55 stood the test of the weather but failed on the field as we went 0-5 finishing 4th out of 4 teams...Congrads to the NightHawks , class act on & off the field! I must say the BIG GREEN MONSTER performed very well in the chilly cold..Several players got a chance to see the Bass senior bat work.
I as well as others were very PLEASED with its performance! After about 600 swings, its opening up very nicely...I think I had 6 or 7 homers with it & from all the questions I got, I think more and more guys will give it a try! The bat performs on the Senior Softball level as well all the other Senior bats on the market and its very durable. You are correct, it very stiff when you first get it, break in period is about 400 swings, longer then most other Senior bats, but now one of my favorite bats to use for BIG touraments! ball really jumps.
