Atta A Boy; Atta a Girl!!!
Any of you guys have someone special on your team that makes the tournaments better?

Going to give some "High Fives" to 2 great people on our team. Joey (team mate) & Sherree: a married combo that makes our time better. They bring food & drinks(others chip in); but these 2 do much more than their share & they grill & whatever; I might say that they are good cooks.

Always make the time after or between games special.

Here ya go Joey & Sherree: "ATTA A BOY, ATTA A GIRL"

Every team, if they're lucky, has someone who leads and motivates the team.

However, I bet very few teams have a Sherry and Joey (GaCMan) that go above and beyond like these two.

This couple knows how to enjoy each other, enjoy softball and share thier good fortune with friends.

Two fine folks that I'm blessed to call friends.

My Atta Boy, Atta girl goes to our manager and our score keeper. Ernie Stucki is as good as it gets as a man, player, bro in law and manager. Joyce Hill brings her famous brownies to every game and keeps a flawless score book while sitting thru some less then famous games we have played.

I will give my vote for our team to our fans. What a great time we had in Naples last year. We had about 7 wives there with their Pom Poms cheering away. a special shout out to Carol Haith who always has the goodies. She even shared them with the Michigan express boys after they beat us in ACC in VA. I do not think that I would have done that. I know that they were not getting my vodka. Thanks Harry #20 NV FORCE

I have played on a lot of teams over the past 11 years in senior softball, with many guys, wives, and sponors deserving praise. So many great times and a whole lot of fun. Too many to mention them all, but I thank you all. The one that keeps coming to mind is Gary Bemus. I have played with Gary for about 6-7 years. I first remember sitting by the pool at the Radisson Hotel in Santa Maria with the entire team, trying to decide where to go for dinner. Gary comes out with a couple of large coolers and says, "how about some sandwiches?" We all said sure, and he proceeded to make everyone's sandwich one by one exactly how they wanted. He had 3-4 meats, several cheeses, and diffrent breads to choose from, along with every condiment tou could imagine. I sent the wives out to get salads and a couple of guys to get beer out of our team fund. We actually sat by the pool for a few hours, as Gary made and served 2 rounds of sandwiches to all. He has done this at several tournaments. When we know that there will be a big gap between games, he will often make sandwiches for us all. I know we all have thanked you many times, but thank you again Gary.

a great attaboy to my manager ( ed jones ) on the 60's AAA dallas spurs. he always brings the COORS LIGHT to ' ALL GAMES " ,TOURNAMENT OR LEAGUE. there is nothing that hits the spot better than " an iced down coors light" especially playing in this heat. ( for after the games of course! )

Hey Richard,

I know that I have thanked you in person many times, but want to thank you here too. Thanks for the sponsorship and much more, that you give all of your R & R teams. Everyone really appreciates your generosity to financially help us all out. See you out at the fields.

Gary,

I know that I spelled your name wrong as always. Before you tell me, I know it is Bemis. Hope to be playing with you again next season and enjoying those great sandwiches, and your company too. LOL! Hopefully, everyone will be healed from their injuries by then, especially you.

Thanks,

Andy Smith
