Hey knobbs7 DON'T REMIND ME not what I had pictured for us as a team for that weekend. But I guess 1st looser is better than 2nd looser. Still a little ticked about the whole weekend, not a very well run tourney. Oh well maybe we'll see you in myrtle beach this spring we are planning on that one I think in march or april. We plan on trying to make the ISSA Trail this year. Hope to get the free one to VA. Maybe we'll see you at the others.

OK Mike,

I will be playing for D & K Major 60 this year, and West Coast Allstars 60 when we go back to the BASA.

In the past I've had the pleasure of playing for:

Capital Return - 50 Major 2001 Bob Woodruff

Seacrest Mavericks - 50 Major Plus 2001-2003 & 2006-2007 Ken Lipinski

West Coast Allstars 50 & 55 -Major plus 2004-2005 2009-20010 Phillip Cobb
BASA World from 2004 to 2011

Full Circle 60 Major - 2011 Bob Woodruff

D & K Major 55 - 2011 Larry Little John

Oh yea put the team called the Smashers 50 Major 2010 in there. We were anything but Smashers, Ask John Reise.... But a Great bunch of guys who I really enjoyed playing with and getting to know.

JBTexas: I was looking for your team this past year in Dalton. You guys had a heck of a team for the 60 being that most of your players were 65. You will do extremely well in 65. I thank you for nice comments about my play. I am the shortest guy on the team but weight ways I am right up there, I need to lose some pounds. The Big Daddy team is filled with six footers and my 5'5" just sort of looks strange. We will be in Dalton angain, Louisville,Fort Meyers, Columbia, and an assortment of places in KY and TN. Hope to see you, have a great year. Donny C.

JBTexas: I have been playing third and pitching when I could play defense. I have a hip flexor injury which makes running impossible, sort of hobbel like the mummy dragging a leg behind. I always wondered why a team that wins a tournaument is automatically put into a higher division, ex. your team in which most of the guys will be now playing 65. It will come out in the wash eventually, lose games and get lowered. Playing the game is still great fun and I always said when you oplay a better team you get better. Donny C

Started with the Inland Empire 50's So Cal. then to Full Count OC So Cal briefly , hooked on with Base Hawgs Simi Valley So Cal ,good times! Retired for a year, then my friend John Fletcher told me about the Titans Inland Empire So Cal needing player's played with a new good friend Harv Lorette , they disbanded under mysterious less then honest circumstances. Formed a new team with Don Reddig , Git-R-Done. Had a good time end up splitting due to difference in philosophy. Continued on as Git-R-Done. Martha our GM , and I with the help of Gene Dick and many other's have grown Git-R-Done from 1 Team to 4 Teams ! 55 , 60 , 65 , 70 and we are currently looking to start a 75 's Team we have 7 player's that are still living so need some more to round out the team while they are still alive ;0)Love the Game , Comradeship, and Competition. I really like the concept behind this thread, it's always great to put a face to the name/handle.
I do not have as impressive resume as Larry Lopez (Double10), but who does! So here goes....

50 Major Plus Las Vegas Stars
55 Major Arizona Mob
55 Major Kids Forever
60 Major Plus MTC
55 Major Plus Hitmen
60 Major Plus GSF out of Phoenix

Looking forward to playing ball with Softball4B-Mike, Webbie25-Mark, Bob Bainbridge and all the guys out of Arizona. I have been very fortunate to play with some great ballplayers and people.

I'm number 9 and if we are at a tournament come up and introduce yourself.

Hey Steve, the only reason I have played for so many teams is they keep breaking up! I just can't keep a team! Plus, I've got a few years on you! Hope to see you in Vegas - I'll be #9 (not 10 - that's Mike Rittenhouse) playing with Omen.

DoubleL10-I hope to meet you in Vegas also. I'll be number 6, but look for the blue CTI brace on my right knee. It's going to be a pleasure playing with Sli and all the GSF guys.

Larry the only reason you have played for the quality teams that you have is because "You're that good!" Look forward to seeing you in Vegas.

Steve, I appreciate the kind words! I just checked our schedule and looks like we will finish on Thursday, April 26 and you youngsters don't start until Friday! Us old guys get to play during the week so we're out of the way before the young guys show up!
