Don't know if this helps, I had 2 bats sent back to them in dec 2011. I called them today and talked to the returns dep, they said they are out of 26, 27, of the victor and some sizes in the seniors bat. she told me this time of the year is the worst for return bats and haft of the returns dep was in japan last month. there just trying to get caught up.

How do i go about getting my bat back. It shows reebok recieved it, but they haven't given me the time of day. I want the bat broker or not sent back so i can show people where the knob is broke and save them the trouble of having to go through this stupid process. I was going to rep this bat, but im glad i didn't. Customer service is terrible. Plan to stay on top of it.
