overlapping grip
I started using the overlapping grip two years ago and had great results but last year after hitting i noticed the area between my thumb and index finger on my top hand got very sore and even a little swollen. Has anyone else had this happen and if so what did you do other than quit using that grip

Yes when onevlap is done correct you will me pushing down on the bottom hand with the top alot of BP and fingers can get real sore always try to use two gloves in BP. Can also try to line up thump crooks helps with push and soreness.
