NV Force will be there 60 Major

Donnie, How did you guys do in Salem. How many Major teams finally showed up. I hope there are at least 2Major plus teams in Raleigh. you should have lobbied RB to let your team play with the 60 major teams under the USSSA rules. I know that you would have at least one more team to play in his tourneys. His rule does not seem to affect the 50 and 55s as much.
See you in Raleigh. Thanks Harry #20 NV Force

Harry,
Only 2 teams. Us and the Bucs. We played 1 practice game and then 2 out of 3.
3 games for $500. That does not sound fair. He did offer us another practice game but it was against the 50 majors and we told him that we would pass since we were mostly 65.

Donnie, It looks like you guys are in the same predicament that you have always been in the east coast tourneys with nobody to play in your age group. You should have some fun on the western swing with more teams to play and the competition should be at a much higher level. Thanks Harry

Turn2 and birdie-I think SSUSA is going to put a category on here to get teams at all levels to post their preliminary schedules so they can field more teams per bracket and teams can synchronize schedules. Sounds like a good idea.

Webbie, I think that would be a great idea. I know that we have a meeting in Jan. and try to set our schedule for the year. We pretty much stick to it with a very few changes . Thanks Harry

Just a quick update, Team Flagler out of Flagler County Fl. (just north of Daytona Beach) will be playing 60AAA. Is there anyone else going?
