| July 3, 2012 Beasley Men's 50 173 posts | Team 1 Sports Batting Gloves I purchased a pair of the Team 1 Sports batting gloves before the SSUSA Tournament of Champions in Florida and have to say that I'm very pleased with the gloves. Since purchasing the gloves, I've played in the TOC, Spring National, Atlantic Coast Championship and sever Florida Half Century events, not to mention quite a few BP sessions, with the gloves showing little wear and tear on the gloves. The gloves I had prior to these tore where the elastic band around the wrist is sewn to the leather after just two tournaments. Most of the gloves I get seem to do that but so far the Team 1 gloves have held up even when dripping wet from sweat. I would highly recommend the gloves. |
| July 3, 2012 hombre Men's 60 240 posts | Over the years I've used Mizuno, Under Armour, Easton, Franklin, etc. batting gloves. Of course some were better than others, but I never found any that were particularly durable. Then about three years ago a friend talked me into trying a pair of Wells Lamont light weight work glove. First of all they feel great. They have deer skin palms and elastic backs. They fit tight for a great fit. They do run a little small in size. I replace them at the beginning of each season, but they still have plenty of life. They are only $13.90 at WalMart. They are a much better glove than some that I've paid $40 for.
