Problem Ultra II's identified, replaced
We have recently spoken with Miken regarding the unusual performance issues of a limited number of Ultra II's, and they have assured us that it was an isolated incident and that the source of the problem has been identified and corrected.

Miken said that a limited number of bats were produced and the suspect product has been identified. Miken has replaced this inventory that was shipped to dealers and has supported any customers affected by this issue. Please contact Miken customer service at 877-807-5291 with questions or concerns.

Miken has confirmed that Ultra IIs on the market today meet their performance standards.

Miken Sports has been a major supporter of Senior Softball for more than a decade.
