HR for AA
I have seen many discussion about the HR rules and Game Winning HR rule.
My question which if I read it correctly is that beginning the 2011/2012
changes to HRs and additional HRs have been applied to all age groups
and divisions except the AA. So they are still at the one HR and additional
HRs are out since they don't have the "1-Up-Progressive Rule".

So a higher ranking team playing down to the AA division would be also
under this one HR ....rest are outs and no 1-Up rule

Am I correct about this?

Thanks
