when is USSSA going to post any scores or finishes from the past week in Ft. Myers? SPA had the Dalton or Pensacola tournament results up the same day.

Hey Softball, it was SSUSA, NOT USSSA ! But, in response to your question, I too would like to see that occur.

Final Results and detail game scores/bracket results will be posted here as soon as I receive the hard copy scoring data from the Winter National's and can process it. The T.D. is bringing those back to California from Florida today. I'm the only person who does those for SSUSA and am in Phoenix right now as the T.D. for the Winter World's. Reporting on back to back events is normally a bit delayed for the first of the two since its a lower priority than getting the second event off the starting blocks. Thanks.

Dave great you will post Winter Nationals.

Have you posted LV National results anyplace????

I could not be there this year to see the 70+ results and ask several times on this board who won and who placed, however, no one seemed to know. Have you got the paper work from the parks yet, about 6 weeks ago or so.

Thanks,
James

Crusher, Go to the tournament tab above and click on that tab and scroll to the Las Vegas tourney and click on that tab. The 70 results are there. Thanks Harry

Fans at home like seeing tournament results while the event is occurring. If you want to build the sport, a better job of reporting is needed. If you like being the old people's league, don't change a thing. Driving a horse and buggy from Florida to California takes days.

birdie - thanks.
I tried the Tour tab then LV/SSUSA sept 28 tour in LV. For me guess my computer will not load the posted results.
SPA posted the bracket diagram with teams and scores fairly quick. I could track the team that beat us on to the championship.

If someone can see the 70+ AAA rusults can you copy and post here.

Many thanks,
James

I spent three weeks in Phoenix, Arizona playing baseball in the MSBL World Series and all of our scores and standings were posted after each game. Roy Hobbs is presently going on in Fort Myers, Florida and all of the scores for the day can be found on their website.

Maybe, SSUSA ought to contact these groups and find out how they can get their results on line immediately after the days games.

Also, it was a real pleasure playing baseball with wood bats. Baseball players are dumbfounded with the use of the senior bats in softball. They wonder how senior players can field balls that are struck with such velocity that it is almost impossible to field a hard grounder.

There was not a single baseball hit in the 20+ games that I played in that approached the speed of a softball off a Miken, Combat or Reebok bat. Senior baseball is wood bat only and the decision to go to wood was made to protect the players from high velocity balls struck off metal bats.

Go figure!!!

Hey Birdie,
It was very nice to finally get to meet you. Always nice to meet new friends and be able to put a name with a face. We had a couple of good games against you guys. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of each other now that I'm 60. We had a lot of fun down there and played against some real good teams. I met some real nice people down there. That's one of the great things about senior softball.

Al, Good to meet you in sunny Florida. We always have great games against you guys. Lucky for us we were able to win a couple. High Street Bucs won the 60 Major good job by them. Look forward to seeing you again. Thanks Harry
