Sanford, (just north of Orlando) has an indoor facility with a slow pitch machine. Hit-n-run.net I believe is the name.

Also plenty of open parks...

If you don't mind traveling an hour, you are welcome to practice with my team on Fri., jan.4 , 10-noon at the saddlebrook softball complex in the Villages,Fl. . We also have open practices on 8 fields on every Sunday all day long. The Villages is north-west of Orlando. Bud-((352) 753-4840.

Wagon487,
It's all about getting the most out of time....Indoors we can hit the whole team with about 60 swings each in an hour......

Bullithead 69,
Wes recommendation of contacting Shelby was a good one....probably the best way to go

southernson, if i'm from out of state, coming down to flordia, i don't want to hit inside. I can hit inside at home.
Yes you get more swings indoors. but nothing beats watching your ball go and feeling the sunshine!
