TOP GUN SENIOR SOFTBALL RAISES $2,300 FOR NAVY-MARINE CORPS RELIEF SOCIETY

Sept. 1, 2016

Top Gun Senior Softball Club’s Raffle on behalf of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) raised $2,300 at SSUSA’s Top Gun Summer Classic, Aug 16-21.

“Our raffle was a great success,” said Bob Johnson, President of Top Gun.  “We raised $2,300 to donate to our charity. Two bats were our top prizes and well received.”

Senior Softball-USA has partnered with Top Gun to help support the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. For more than 100 years, the NMCRS has provided financial assistance and support services to sailors and marines and their widows and families.

Without any financial assistance from the Department of Defense, the NMCRS relies entirely on grants and donations to meet and fund their crucial mission to lend support to those who risk their lives every day at home and abroad to preserve our freedoms and way of life.

If you would like to donate to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, you can do so in two ways. You can send a donation directly to the society at 2273 Elroad Avenue, P.O. Box 45339, El Cajon, CA 92145 or you can send a check to Top Gun San Diego in care of Robert Johnson at 13932 Amber Sky Lane, San Diego, CA 92129 and designate it for the society.
